In July, August and early September we have access to an experienced driver who offers SHUTTLE SERVICE at a reasonable rate anywhere in southern Vermont. "Chief Duffy" is an experienced hiker with lots of good information that can make your hike more enjoyable. The shuttle service is dog friendly too !!!

We offer Manchester trailhead pickup service for hikers who prefer not to hitchhike to town for a small fee. Call ahead--limited/no cell service at the VT11/30 Manchester trailhead.

To Rutland VT: Marble Valley's "The Bus" Runs daily-except SUNDAY

Both bus lines charge $2/person, exact change required

The Rutland bus last stop is next door to the "Yellow Deli" Hiker Hostel
